How do I wear contact lenses for beginners

When first wearing contact lenses you may wonder which side is the front and back.

How to wear this? 

1. Place your len on the tip of your finger forming a cup

2.  Look at the contact lens from the side.

• If it looks like the letter "U", it’s the correct way to wear it.
• However, if the cup looks like it is flaring out at the top and has a lip, your contact lens is wrong.
• Flip it the other way.

Don’t worry as accidentally wearing contact lenses in the wrong side will not damage your eyes. But it may be just a little uncomfortable.

As the saying goes practice makes perfect.

*Remember do not share your contact lenses with others. This is to prevent the spread of infection.
